Following the tragic March 2017 attack on Westminster Bridge in London, this painting, 'Sabr,' stands out as a powerful expression of faith and patience. It is inspired by the Quran and reminds us that "God is with the patient." As Muslims, we frequently face unjustified blame for terrorist acts, but Islam is a religion of peace. We stand firm in the face of unjust expectations, refusing to apologise for actions we condemn. This painting honours our resilience as Muslims, encouraging us to practise Sabr.
