Delivery and returns

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and will depend on your location and the size of your order. Free UK delivery is included on all print orders.

How is my order delivered? Will I be able to track it?

Most orders are sent by courier. Where tracking is available, your tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email.

How are my prints delivered?

Unframed prints are rolled and packed in sturdy poster tubes. Framed prints are boxed and delivered ready to hang.

How long will my order take?

All prints are made to order. For UK orders, please allow 5 to 7 business days from the date of your order. For international orders, delivery times vary depending on your location and local customs processes. If you have any questions about international delivery, please email hello@siddiqajuma.co.uk.

How do I return an item?

As all prints are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless your item has arrived damaged. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph and we will arrange a replacement or full refund. Please do not return anything without contacting us first.

Refund payments

Where a refund is payable, it will be issued via the same payment method used for the original transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of a refund. All refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receipt of the returned item.
