Who we are

This website is operated by Siddiqa Juma, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. All artwork, prints, and products sold on this site are created and fulfilled by Siddiqa Juma.

Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirms we have received your order, but does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel any order, for example if a product is no longer available or if there has been a pricing error. If we need to cancel your order, we will contact you and issue a full refund.

All prices are shown in pounds sterling and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.

Prints

All prints are made to order. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for UK delivery from the date of your order. International delivery times vary depending on your location and local customs processes.

Because prints are made specifically for each customer, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged. Please see our Delivery and Returns page for full details.

Original artworks

Original paintings are one of a kind and sold as seen. All sales of original artworks are final. We do not accept returns on originals unless the work arrives significantly damaged in transit, in which case please contact us within 48 hours with photographs.

Intellectual property

All artwork, images, and content on this website are the copyright of Siddiqa Juma. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any image or artwork from this site for any commercial purpose without prior written permission. Purchasing a print or original does not transfer any intellectual property rights.

The wallpapers available as part of our newsletter offer are licensed for personal, non-commercial use on your own devices only. They may not be shared, forwarded, printed, or used in any commercial context.

Liability

We take care to ensure all products are accurately described and carefully packed. Our liability to you is limited to the value of the goods you have purchased. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your purchase.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
