This textured palette knife artwork represents the Islamic holy site of Masjid Al-Aqsa. It commemorates the remarkable Night Journey of the Prophet Muhammad (SAW) from Mecca to Al-Aqsa and beyond. The first revelation, Surah Alaq, adorns the mosque's facade like graffiti, emphasising its spiritual significance. It is a symbol of Palestinian culture and nationhood, painted with heart-breaking reminders of their suffering.
